⬡ The two rooms

The Door Is Open.
Some Choose To Step Further In.

There is a room outside the door, free, for anyone who has crossed any threshold even once. And there is a room further in — held, quieter, for those who have decided this is the work, not a passing interest.

The Open Door

The Free Room

Free — no application

For anyone who has crossed any threshold once. The shared space outside the inner room. Questions, first crossings, what came back from a night that surprised you.

  • Open conversation, all welcome
  • Shared logs from those willing to share
  • Practice questions answered by other practitioners
  • No pressure to stay, no pressure to go further

The Inner Room

The Held Room

£10 / month — cancel any time

For those who have decided this is the work. Held in three pillars — Body, Mind, Soul — and across the languages of both science and spirit. A slower, deeper conversation than the open door can hold.

  • One quiet channel per pillar — Body, Mind, Soul
  • A bridge between scientific and spiritual framings
  • A monthly gathering — [USER: confirm format: call, audio, written reflection]
  • Priority for live gatherings, after Tier 3 members

What the Inner Room is held in

Three Pillars. Two Languages. One Room.

The Inner Room is organised around two axes that match the rest of the work. Three stages of cultivation — Body, Mind, Soul. Two languages — scientific, spiritual. Members enter wherever they are, and the room makes room for the movement.

Pillar
Scientific framing
Spiritual framing
⬡ Body
Sleep architecture, the inner clock, food, movement, the quiet allies, reading the body's signals.
The body as the instrument the soul plays. What the old practices knew about food, breath, posture, and the night.
◈ Mind
Nervous system, attention, the vagal channel, polyvagal practice, working memory.
Inner work, the figures you meet, what you have refused, the parts of yourself the night returns.
✦ Soul
The neuroscience of awareness, the third state between sleep and waking, time on the other side.
The crossing, the long sequences, the deeper waters, the place every tradition named differently.

The quiet rule of the Inner Room. Both languages are welcome. Translation between them is part of the practice. No one has to choose a side; the work is older than the split.

What is actually inside

What You Find When You Step In.

Specific, honest, no inflated promises. If something here is marked as forthcoming, that is because it is — and you will know when it arrives.

One Channel Per Pillar

Body, Mind, Soul — each with a quiet thread of its own. Read, write, ask.

The Bridge Channel

A space where the same insight is named in two languages — scientific and spiritual — and members learn each other's tongue.

The Night Feed

A members-only feed where practitioners share what came back from a night that surprised them.

📜

Curated Short Reading

A small, rotating selection of writing from many traditions, pointed at the same place from different sides. [USER: confirm cadence]

A Monthly Gathering

Direct Access

[USER: define — direct access to whom, and how. To you? To other practitioners? A private question channel?]

Priority For The Gatherings

When live gatherings are held, Inner Room members are next in the queue after Tier 3 members.

For Tier 3 Members

Three months in the Inner Room on the house, and a permanent discount afterward.

Honest limits

What The Inner Room Is Not.

Set the expectations honestly so you can decide. The room only works when the people inside know what they joined.

Not a course

The teaching lives in the tier pages. The Inner Room is what happens between the lessons.

Not therapy

If you need a therapist, please find a real one. Inner work is welcomed; clinical work is not the room's job.

Not a fan club

The room is held, not centred on one person. The practice is the centre, not the founder.

Not a chatroom

Quiet days are normal. The room is slower than ordinary servers. That is by design.

Not anonymous

You do not have to use your legal name, but you are a person here, not a handle. People remember each other.

Not forever, unless

You can leave any month. The room is for now, while now is when you need it.

Who finds their way here

Three Who Step Inside.

Composite descriptions of the practitioners the room is held for. You may recognise yourself in one, or in pieces of all three.

⬡ Came in scientific

The one who measured everything else.

Arrived through a measured door. Reads research, tracks sleep, knows the body's signals. Has noticed that the work goes somewhere measurement no longer follows. Comes to the Inner Room because the bridge channel is the only place those two languages are allowed in the same sentence.

✦ Came in spiritual

The one who already knew there was more.

Arrived through a deeper door. Sat with the traditions, read the old books, knows the figures meet you back. Comes to the Inner Room because the body pillar is the part of their practice they have been quietly skipping, and they are ready to stop.

◈ Came in mid-fraction

The one who felt something was missing.

Did not arrive through either side cleanly. Found their way here through a feeling that something inside them had not fully shown up. Comes to the Inner Room because the mind pillar — what you carry, what you have refused — is the work, and it is held here without diagnosis.

Questions

Things People Ask Before They Step In.

Do I need to have bought a tier to join the Inner Room?
No. The Inner Room is open to anyone who has decided this is the work — whether you came in through a tier, the free Seven Nights, the open door, or somewhere else entirely. The tier pages are how the teaching is delivered. The Inner Room is what happens between lessons.
What is the difference between the Open Door and the Inner Room?
The Open Door is the free Discord — anyone who has crossed any threshold can step in. It is faster, more open, less held. The Inner Room is quieter, slower, organised around the three pillars, and held more carefully. Both rooms have their place.
What does "held" mean?
A held room has rules of conversation. People do not interrupt. Speed is not the point. The founder is present without being central. Questions are answered when they are ready to be answered, not the moment they are posted. It is closer to a study circle than to a server.
Can I leave?
Yes, any month. Cancel and the room closes for you at the end of the period. Come back later if you want; nothing is lost.
I bought Tier 3. How do I claim my three free months?
Your Tier 3 welcome includes the invitation. You do not need to subscribe; the room opens to you for three months from your Tier 3 purchase date, then continues at a permanent discount afterward.
Will my testimonial be used publicly?
Only if you offer it and explicitly agree. The room is held, not harvested.
Is there a refund if I subscribe and the room is not for me?
The subscription is month-to-month, so if it is not for you, cancel before the next cycle and nothing more is charged. The first month is not refunded; it pays for the room you walked into.
Ready?

The Inner Room Is Already Holding A Place For You.

Step in for a month. Read, write, sit quietly with the channels. If the room is for you, you will know. If it is not, you leave it the same way you came — without anyone making it a thing.
