UK consumer rights
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Distance Selling), you have the right to cancel a digital content purchase within 14 days of the contract being formed, unless you have expressly requested that the digital content be made available to you immediately and acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel once the content is accessed.
By downloading or accessing your course content, you acknowledge that digital delivery has begun and that the 14-day statutory cancellation right no longer applies. However, our 30-day satisfaction guarantee is provided voluntarily and supersedes the statutory 14-day period.
